I was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve at the age of 24 and against the odds, I was able to have three healthy girls! Two of those girls ended up having food allergies, so I went down the rabbit hole of reading nutrition labels. This put me on the path to holistic and ancestral living. I love researching and learning, and I am so passionate about this type of living that I decided to become a health coach to share my experience and knowledge with others. I offer one-on-one coaching, group programs and workshops regarding holistic health. The basis of my philosophy will help minimize chronic illness symptoms, inflammation and cancer risk, promote weight loss, improve mood and increase energy. I have a signature program designed to help women with diminished ovarian reserve get higher egg quality. This program is designed to help women who are having trouble conceiving or suffering from recurrent pregnancy loss before resorting to IUI, IVF, or other expensive fertility treatments. I offer support to those who are pregnant after a loss. I am a certified Master Coach from the Primal Health Coach Institute and will go on to become National Board Certified. I am also a certified Fertility Health Coach from Brilliant Birth Academy. My minor in psychology helps implement individualized coaching. If you are interested in cultivating wellness and uprooting conventional “wisdom” because you are not experiencing joy and health the way you desire, please reach out and book a free discovery call! I would love to help you on your journey!
